Commitments and Contingencies Purchase commitment The Company issued a purchase order on September 18, 2015 to purchase equipment to be installed in the recycling plant being built in Nevada. An initial payment of $3,052,635 was made in September 2015 and recorded as equipment deposits on the condensed consolidated balance sheet. The balance due upon delivery and commission of the equipment is $3,052,635. Delivery and commission is not expected until the second quarter of 2016.

11. Commitments and Contingencies

Purchase commitment
